Hvordan har du det med mørket?
For mange af os er den mørke vintertid noget, vi skal igennem for igen at nå frem til den lyse og gode sommer. Mørket er også noget, vi arbejder med i yogaen. Faktisk mener nogle, at Hatha betyder sol og måne. “Ha” = sol, og “Tha” = måne. Det refererer til mørket og lyset, både i vores krop og sind. For at skabe balance må der være plads til både mørke og lys. Hvis vi kan give mere plads og accept til mørket – både i naturen, vores krop og vores sind – skaber vi (ifølge yogaen) et mere afbalanceret liv. Det er smukt, synes du ikke?
